2 oz. mezcal
1/2 oz. nostrum pineapple turmeric ginger shrub
3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
2 bar spoons Smoked Peach Jam
1 bar spoon port wine
Shake first 4 ingredients with ice and strain. Float the port wine on top.
