Kentucky Breakfast Cocktail


It's never too early for a cocktail. Especially when it has 'breakfast' in the title.

Makes 1 drink

2 oz. bourbon

1 oz. fresh carrot juice

1 egg white

1/2 oz. lemon juice

1 heavy tbsp. Smoked Peach Jam

Flower and mini carrots, to garnish


1. Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.

2. Add ice and shake until outside of shaker is frosty.

3. Strain into a coupe glass.

4. Garnish with a flower.
