Elderflower Rose Gimlet

Rose are red, violets are blue, we love to imbibe and now so will you. This floral cocktail is perfect for porch-sitting.

Makes 1

 

2 oz. gin

1 oz. St. Germaine

1 1/2 oz. lime juice

1 heavy tbsp. Plum + Rose Jam

Rose petals, to garnish

 

1. Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.

2. Add ice and shake until outside of shaker is frosty.

3. Empty all ingredients into a rocks glass.

4. Garnish with rose petals.
