We muddled down our sour cherries in their own juices, then added tons of fresh ginger and vanilla beans. This one's an ode to summer.

 

*Please note that our "spoonable" jams are very different from typical jams. We don't use pectin, thickeners, stabilizers or extra sugar to thicken our products (that's a good thing!). Therefore, the texture is less viscous than common brands. Keeping your jam refrigerated will make it thicker, and for baking applications, feel free to heat jam with a bit of cornstarch. Also, please consume within two to three weeks of opening as the jams do not contain preservatives and are, well, fresh!

 

Cherry, sugar, lemon juice, ginger puree, vanilla bean paste. Vegan. No pectin. No preservatives. Contains 3g sugar (2g added, 1g natural) per 1 tbsp. serving. Refrigerate after opening. Consume within two to four weeks. Size: 9 oz.

First one I’ve tried-already my favorite!

I hesitated to buy because it was more expensive than I’d ever spent on jam, but so glad I did. I actually bought 3 different ones, so far I’ve tried the sour cherry and it’s phenomenal! Tastes like fresh cherries with a bit of gingery jazz-the flavor just explodes in your mouth. I’m excited to try the others now. In the past, I’d have jam maybe 4x year, I now eat it as a treat every day. I even made homemade bread so to enhance experience (but it’s not necessary). So much flavor-a little goes a long way but it’s hard to stop at a little. Buy this jam! You will not regret it.

Great Jam!

Finally a jam that isn't heaped full of sugar! You can really taste the sweet/sour of the cherries and touch of ginger. Love this!
