Pushin’ Peach
A really good rum old fashioned.

2 oz. good rum (or bourbon)
2 slices fresh peach (save 1 for garnish)
2 barspoons Smoked Peach Jam
1/2 oz. maple syrup (or use what you have!)
4 dashes angostura bitters
2 dashes peach bitters
1. Muddle peach with rum. Add all other ingredients plus ice. Shake and strain over a large ice cube. Garnish and enjoy!
