Apple Cranberry Sage Sour
A twist on the classic whiskey sour with autumnal tones all over it.

1 3/4 oz whiskey
3 tbsp Cranberry Raspberry Sage Jam
1 oz apple juice
1/2 oz lemon juice
1 medium egg white
Garnish: dash aromatic bitters, sage leaf, cranberry
Add first 4 ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into one side of the shaker and add egg white. Dump ice. Shake ingredients without ice for 1 minute. Pour into a coupe. Garnish with dash of bitters, sage leaf and cranberry.
