Blue Smoke Refresher

This mix of smoky earthy mezcal, blueberries and basil makes for one fantastic cocktail.

Makes 1

 

1 1/2 oz. mezcal
1/2 oz. bourbon
1 tbsp. Blueberry Lemon Basil Jam
1/2 oz. lime juice
1/4 oz. agave syrup
1 egg white

Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake until frothy. Add ice and shake well. Strain into a coupe glass and enjoy.
