1 stick butter, melted
1 c. blueberries
1/3 c. Blueberry Lemon Basil Jam
2/3 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. almond milk
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1. Heat oven to 350° and grease an 8” baking dish.
2. Combine butter, sugar, milk, salt, flour and baking powder in a bowl and mix until combined. Pour batter into baking dish and top cake with jam and berries.
3. Bake 25 min. until cake is set. Serve warm.
