*Bottom of the Jar* Tequila Aperol Jam Seltzer⁠

Literally, make this right in your jam jar when there's that corner left that you somehow can never get ahold of. Stay away from Smuckers or Bonne Maman--ours have way less sugar and way more flavor.⁠

1 1/2 oz. tequila⁠
1 oz. Aperol⁠
3/4 oz. lime⁠
Plum + Rose Jam, what’s left in the jar⁠
Fever Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit ⁠
Dried grapefruit & mint, to garnish⁠

 

1. Add tequila, Aperol and lime juice to the bottom of your almost empty jam jar. Shake well (to get all that jam goodness, duh 🙃). Pour into glass with ice. Top with seltzer and garnish with dehydrated grapefruit slices and a large sprig of mint.
