Literally, make this right in your jam jar when there's that corner left that you somehow can never get ahold of. Stay away from Smuckers or Bonne Maman--ours have way less sugar and way more flavor.

1 1/2 oz. tequila
1 oz. Aperol
3/4 oz. lime
Plum + Rose Jam, what’s left in the jar
Fever Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit
Dried grapefruit & mint, to garnish
1. Add tequila, Aperol and lime juice to the bottom of your almost empty jam jar. Shake well (to get all that jam goodness, duh 🙃). Pour into glass with ice. Top with seltzer and garnish with dehydrated grapefruit slices and a large sprig of mint.
