We swapped the raspberry syrup in this classic cocktail for our new Strawberry Raspberry Tarragon Jam. So good!

2 oz. gin
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1/2 oz. Strawberry Raspberry Tarragon Jam
Egg white
Ice

 

1. In a cocktail shaker add gin, lemon juice, jam, and egg white. Use a hand frother to mix ingredients and froth the egg white.

2. Add ice and shake. Strain into coupe glass. Garnish as desired. Enjoy!
