Cranberry Bourbon Freezer Door Negroni

A freezer door cocktail is where you make the entire drink right into the bottle, store in the freezer and pour as needed. Literally PERF for when you have guests over during the holiday season.

Makes 6-8 servings

1 750 ml bottle of good bourbon
7 oz. sweet vermouth
7 oz. Campari
4 bar spoons Cranberry Raspberry Sage Jam
Orange bitters + peel, to garnish

 

1. Pour off about half the bottle of bourbon. Add remaining ingredients to that same bottle using a funnel if necessary. Replace the top and give it a good shake. Serve over ice with a slice of dried orange for garnish. Refrigerate any leftovers.
