Cranberry Cream Cheese Dip
A festive dip that only takes a few ingredients to make and is so addictive, you'll want to have it on the menu for both Thanksgiving and Christmas.

1 (12-oz.) package frozen whole cranberries, thawed or 1 bag of fresh cranberries
1 cup white sugar
1 cup Cranberry Raspberry Sage Jam
1/2 cup water
1 cup chopped pecans
2 (8-oz.) bricks cream cheese, softened
Buttery crackers or pretzel chips to serve
Fresh mint to garnish, optional
1. Add cranberries, sugar, jam and water to a large saucepan. Heat over medium high heat until boiling. Continue to boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly until berries are popped open and mixture begins to darken. Remove from heat and stir in pecans.
2. Remove from stove to cool and then refrigerate until complete cooled.
3. Gently press a spoon in the center of the cream cheese to create a divot. Spoon cranberry mixture on top of cream cheese and serve with crackers or pretzel chips.
