Cranberry Raspberry Sage Baked Brie with Pecans

Cranberry Raspberry Sage Baked Brie with Pecans

Your holiday table just got that much better.

Serves 4-6

Recipe by Monique Polanco

 

1 medium Brie wheel

4-6 tbsp. Cranberry Raspberry Sage Jam

1/4 cup raspberries 

1/4 cup cranberries 

3 each sage leaves 

A handful of pecans

A drizzle of honey 

 

1. Pre-heat oven to 400º.

2. Slice the top off of the Brie wheel. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.

3. Add jam, sage leaves, pecans, half of both the cranberries and the raspberries. Drizzle with honey.

4. Bake for 20 minutes or until you see the cheese melting.

5. Top with the rest of the berries. Serve with crackers or warm bread.
