Cranberry White Chocolate Ganache Mini Tarts

About 1/2 c. Cranberry Raspberry Sage Jam
Premade mini tart shells
4 cups white chocolate, finely chopped
1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp. unsalted butter, room temperature + cut into pieces
Dried cranberries + chopped walnuts, for garnish
1. Add the heavy whipping cream to a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a simmer.
2. Add the white chocolate to a large bowl, then pour the warm heavy whipping cream on top. Allow it to stand for 1 minute, then stir the mixture together until smooth.
3. Add in butter and mix until smooth.
4. Allow the ganache to cool and thicken slightly. Then pour the ganache into tart shells.
5. Drizzle cranberry jam onto the white chocolate ganache. Use a toothpick to swirl the cranberry and white chocolate together, then place the tarts in the fridge to set.
8. Garnish with dried cranberries and walnuts. Enjoy!
