Cranberry White Chocolate Ganache Mini Tart⁠s

This cute dessert boasts a sweet, creamy filling that's swirled with our beautiful and bright Cranberry Raspberry Sage Jam.

About 1/2 c. Cranberry Raspberry Sage Jam⁠
Premade mini tart shells
4 cups white chocolate, finely chopped⁠
1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream⁠
2 tbsp. unsalted butter, room temperature + cut into pieces⁠
Dried cranberries + chopped walnuts, for garnish⁠

 

1. Add the heavy whipping cream to a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a simmer.⁠

2. Add the white chocolate to a large bowl, then pour the warm heavy whipping cream on top. Allow it to stand for 1 minute, then stir the mixture together until smooth.⁠

3. Add in butter and mix until smooth.⁠

4. Allow the ganache to cool and thicken slightly. Then pour the ganache into tart shells.

5. Drizzle cranberry jam onto the white chocolate ganache. Use a toothpick to swirl the cranberry and white chocolate together, then place the tarts in the fridge to set.⁠

8. Garnish with dried cranberries and walnuts. Enjoy!⁠
