Elderflower Ice Cream Sodas

These boozy little floats are the perfect ending to a summer day.

Makes 2

 

For the strawberry soda:
3 scoops vanilla bean ice cream
1 oz. elderflower liqueur
2 strawberries, sliced, plus one cut in half to garnish
2 tbsp. Strawberry Chipotle + Fig Jam
1 oz. Amoretti Wild Strawberry Martini Mix

 

For the peach soda:
3 scoops vanilla bean ice cream
1 oz. elderflower liqueur
1 peach, thinly sliced, plus more to garnish
2 tbsp. Smoked Yellow Peach Jam
1 oz. Amoretti Pineapple Beverage Infusion

 

1. Stick two tall glasses in the freezer for 10 minutes to chill.

2. In the glasses, alternate between: ice cream, fruit, jam, liqueur and Amoretti. Repeat twice, without stirring, for two layers.

3. Top with a small scoop of ice cream and garnish with remaining fruit.

4. Add in a straw and enjoy!
