1 spiral-sliced, fully cooked, bone-in half ham (8 to 10 pounds)
1/2 cup Strawberry Chipotle + Fig Jam
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Whole garlic cloves

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.

2. Place your ham in a baking dish. With a sharp knife, make diagonal cuts about one inch deep on the top of the ham, making large diamonds on the top.

3. In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, add your strawberry jam. Heat it for one to two minutes. Turn off the heat. Stir in the brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and cinnamon.

4. With a rubber spatula, rub your entire ham with the glaze, using all of it. Once the glaze is done, place one clove in the middle of each diamond cut.

5. Place your ham in the oven and let it cook for about 20 minutes until it's caramelized and delicious. Remove from oven and serve!
