Serves 5
20 whole chicken mini drumettes
1 cup Raspberry Hot Sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
4 tablespoons butter, 1/2 stick
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a 1/4 sheet pan with cooking spray and set aside.
2. In a small saucepan on medium heat, place the hot sauce and honey. Stir to combine and let sit in the saucepan on low heat until ready to use.
3. Take a large skillet. Put in the butter and Worcestershire sauce and turn heat up to just below high until butter is hot and melted. Once butter is melted, place half of your chicken in the pan. Use tongs to get the chicken fully coated with the butter. Leave them to sauté for just about 5 minutes. Once they are warm and coated, take the chicken out and place them to rest in a large bowl. Repeat the same process with the second half of the chicken.
4. Pour the hot sauce mixture all over the chicken and make sure it's coated thoroughly. Using tongs, transfer your chicken to your prepared sheet pan . Gently pour any remaining hot sauce mixture over the chicken, coating them all the way.
5. Bake in the over for 25-35 minutes, turning the chicken halfway through. Let cool and enjoy!
