Iced Matcha Jam Latte
A matcha served with flavors of strawberry chipotle + fig along with plant-based milk and ice for a smooth refreshing latte.

3 tbsp. Strawberry Chipotle + Fig Jam
5 oz. plant-based milk of your choice
1 tbsp. matcha powder
1.5 oz. warm water
Optional: 1 tbsp. honey or agave syrup for extra sweetness
1. Place jam at the bottom of a cup, add ice, and pour the plant-based milk over the ice. In a small bowl, whisk the matcha powder with the warm water and the sweetener, if desired. Pour the matcha mixture over the milk and enjoy.
