What to do with those Thanksgiving leftovers? Make a 2-ingredient stuffing waffle, duh. Then top it with the goods, like mashed taters, turkey, ham...all that. Oh! And our Cranberry Raspberry Sage Jam.

Makes 2-4

2 cups leftover stuffing
2 eggs
Shredded cheese (optional)
Leftover turkey, ham and mashed potatoes
Cranberry Raspberry Sage Jam + hot honey, to serve

1. Pre-heat waffle iron to medium-high setting. Mix stuffing and two eggs in a bowl (add cheese if using).

2. Spray iron with non-stick spray and add one heavy scoop of filling to each quadrant. Spread gently so mix covers iron. Cook 2-3 minutes until crispy.

3. Top with leftovers and jam and drizzle with honey.
