1 tangerine, sliced
4 strawberries
1/4 tsp. black pepper
3 oz. tequila blanco
2 tbsp. Strawberry Chipotle + Fig Jam
1/2 oz. scotch
Club soda

 

1. Prepare grill for high heat. Grill tangerine slices until lightly charred, about 30 seconds per side. Let cool; set aside 4 slices for serving.

2. Muddle tangerine slices, pepper, and strawberries in a large pitcher. Add tequilla, jam, and Scotch and fill pitcher with ice. Stir until outside of pitcher is frosty, about 1 minute.

3. Divide among 4 rocks glasses filled with ice and top off with club soda. Garnish each with a strawberry half and a reserved tangerine slice.
