S'mores are better with some added jam. Any of our jams work here, so use whatever tickles your fancy.
2 graham cracker sheets, split into four squares
4 tbsp. Strawberry Chipotle & Fig Jam
4 tbsp. peanut butter
4 pieces of chocolate
1. Lay out 4 graham crackers on a microwavable plate. Top with chocolate squares and heat in the microwave just until slightly melted.
2. Skewer marshmallows and burn until brown and caramelized, either using a gas stove or culinary-style torch.
3. Place marshmallows on top of chocolate, and drizzle with jam.
4. Spread peanut butter on inside of remaining graham crackers and place on top of s’mores.
