Peach Perfect Tea Mocktail

A tea and jam infused drink that is as flavorful as it is refreshing.

Makes 1

 

3 oz. Peach + Passion Fruit Tea
2 oz. pineapple juice
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1 heaping tbsp. Smoked Yellow Peach Jam
1 oz. brown sugar syrup *
For garnish: fresh peach slices or lemon wheel

1. Brew the tea. Mix all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker and pour over ice. Garnish as desired. Enjoy!

* For the brown sugar syrup: Bring 3/4 cup water and 3/4 cup brown sugar to a simmer. Once cooled, pour syrup into an airtight container. The syrup will keep for 3 weeks in the refrigerator.
