Jam + Yogurt Bowl
Jam + Yogurt Bowl (vegan)
How pretty is this bowl? And it's packed with plenty of vitamin C, protein and fiber.
Makes 1
1 cup cashew or coconut yogurt, sweetened with a touch of honey
1/4 cup Sour Cherry Ginger Jam or Plum & Rose Jam (or any of our flavors)
1 tbsp. chia seeds, nuts, and dried flower petals (hibiscus, blue cornflowers)
1/4 cup blackberries, halved
1/4 cup strawberries, sliced horizontally
1. Spoon yogurt into a serving bowl. Top with jam, and swirl with a spoon.
2. Add sliced berries to bowl, keeping them to one side so that the yogurt is still showing.
3. Top bowl with seeds, nuts and flowers.
