Makes 1

 

1 1/2 oz. Gem + Bolt Mezcal
2 heavy tbsp. Plum + Rose Jam
1/2 oz. Amoretti Rose Syrup

Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake until frothy. Add ice and shake well. Strain into a coupe glass and enjoy.
