1 1/2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
Salt and pepper
3 tbsp. butter, cubed
3 tbsp. Raspberry Hot Sauce
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
Scallions, trimmed and sliced into 1" inch pieces
1. Pat the shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper. Put the butter and hot sauce in a large bowl.
2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over high. Add the scallions and cook until softened, about 1 to 2 minutes. Transfer the scallions to the bowl with the butter and hot sauce.
3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook, about 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
4. Transfer the shrimp and any juices to the bowl with the butter, hot sauce and scallions. Toss until the butter is melted and the shrimp is glossy.
5. If the heat is too much, serve with a side of plain Greek yogurt or ranch dressing. This shrimp also goes great with rice, grits, or in tacos!
