Rosehip, Hibiscus + Cherry Cooler

Makes 1
5 Rosehip, Hibiscus + Cherry Tea bags
2 tsp. Sour Cherry Ginger Jam
2 1/2 cups of water just short of boiling
1/2 cup loosely packed basil leaves
2 tsp. agave nectar or simple syrup
Splash of cranberry juice
Splash of fresh lime juice
Ice
Garnish: basil leaves
1. Steep 5 Rosehip, Hibiscus + Cherry Tea bags and 1/2 cup basil in 2 1/2 cups of water just short of boiling for 1-3 minutes. Remove tea bags and basil. Stir in agave nectar and Sour Cherry Ginger Jam and let cool to room temperature. Add a splash of cranberry juice and lime juice and pour over ice to serve. Garnish with basil if desired.
