1 peach, grilled and sliced
1 tbsp. Smoked Yellow Peach Jam
1 tsp. maple syrup
2 oz. Smoked Maple Bourbon Whiskey
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 sprig of fresh thyme
2 oz. spicy ginger beer
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 oz. soda water
