Smoked Peach Hot Toddy

When it's cold outside, hot tea & liquor are your only saving grace. Give this smoky creation a try.

Makes 1

 

1 tea bag

1 tbsp. honey

1 1/2 oz. good bourbon or scotch

1 heavy tbsp. Smoked Peach Jam

Cinnamon stick, to garnish

 

1. Add honey, bourbon and jam to a glass or mug.

2. Add a tea bag and fill with hot water. Stir to combine.

3. Steep for 5 minutes.

4. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
