Smoked Peach Pork Chops w/ Pomegranate + Rosemary
Just a few ingredients and the addition of our Smoked Yellow Peach Jam will take your pork chops up several levels.

Bone-in pork chops
Smoked Yellow Peach Jam
1. Season both sides of bone-in pork chops (generously) to taste with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
2. Make sure pan is HOT for a good sear.
3. Sear for a few minutes on the first side until you get a nice golden brown sear, then flip and sear on the other side. Cook to 140-150° Fahrenheit.
4. Top pork chops with a heaping spoonful of Smoked Yellow Peach Jam and a sprinkle of pomegranate arils. Enjoy!
