2 oz Botanical Gin
1 oz Vanilla Kefir
.75 oz fresh lemon juice
.25 oz St. Germain
1 heaping tbsp Sour Cherry Ginger Jam
Garnish: Lemon wheel + Luxardo cherry flag
Shake all ingredients with ice until well chilled and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish Luxardo cherry skewered through lemon wheel.
