Spicy Grilled Portobellos
Fire up your grill and enjoy these flavorful mushrooms alone, as part of a salad or on a bun!

2 cups soy sauce⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 cup red wine vinegar⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 pounds portobellos, cleaned⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Raspberry Hot Sauce, to taste⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste⠀⠀
1. Whisk together the soy sauce, vinegar, hot sauce and pepper in a large bowl.
2. Add the mushrooms and let marinate for 1 hour, turning occasionally.
3. Shake off any excess marinade from the mushrooms and grill for 10 minutes until just al dente.
