Spicy Vanilla Kiwi Mojito​​​​​​​​

This mojito has summer written all over it with lots of lime, mint, kiwi and our seasonal Spicy Vanilla Kiwi Jam!

Serves 1

 

Juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. Spicy Vanilla Kiwi Jam
2 oz. light rum
4 oz. club soda
Mint leaves
Limes + kiwi slices to garnish
Ice

1. In a shaker, add sugar, jam, lime juice and a few mint leaves. If you're not using the jam, simply add 2 slices of kiwi, a small slice of jalapeno, and 1/4 tea vanilla extract with the remaining ingredients. Crush with a muddler.

2. In a glass add ice and fruit slices. Pour in contents from the shaker. Top with club soda and additional mint leaves.
