Stone Fruit, Cookie + Jam Parfait
A sweet treat with none of the guilt and all of the taste.

1 1/2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup Smoked Yellow Peach Jam
1 cup fat-free cool whip
2 cups peaches and plums, sliced or diced
Cookies of choice, crumbled
Mint, for garnish
1. Mix together yogurt and jam, then fold in cool whip.
2. Layer the yogurt mixture, crumbled cookies, and fruit in dessert glasses. Garnish with mint. Enjoy!
