1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
2 eggs, room temp
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. Strawberry Chipotle + Fig Jam
1/2 pint fresh figs, halved

 

1. Heat oven to 325°. Whisk together butter, sugar, cocoa, eggs, vanilla & salt. Stir in flour until combined. Spread batter into a cast iron skillet sprayed with non-stick spray.

2. Top with jam and swirl into batter.

3. Cover with figs and bake ~30 min. until set but still fudgy.

4. Serve warm with ice cream.
