If there was a such thing as the Land of Cocktails, this Sugar Plum Fairy would totally be the ruler.

Makes 1
1 1/2 oz brandy
1 oz Plum + Rose Jam
1/2 oz orange liqueur
1/2 oz lemon juice
garnish: cinnamon sugar rim, plum or apple slice fan
Mix cinnamon and sugar on a plate. Use lemon to wet rim of a coupe glass and dip into cinnamon sugar mixture to coat. Shake liquid ingredients with ice and strain into the coupe glass. Garnish.
