Summer in Miami

It doesn't matter where you really are. With this mocktail in hand, you're in Miami and it's summer.

Makes 1

 

2 1/2 oz. Ritual Zero Proof Gin
1/2 oz. orange syrup *
1/2 oz. lime juice
1 heavy tbsp. Smoked Yellow Peach Jam
Couple dashes of Hella Cocktail Co. Bitters

Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake until outside is frosty. Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with a cilantro sprig. Enjoy!

 

* For the orange syrup:
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 cup sugar
Handful of cilantro

Bring to a simmer, cool and strain. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
