Sweet Babe Lemonade
Roses. Gin. Lemonade. Y'all, this sparkling floral concoction is just ready for the Summer.

Makes 1
2 tbsp. Plum + Rose Jam
3 basil leaves
Juice of half a lemon (about 2 tbsp.)
1 tbsp. simple syrup
1 oz. InGenious Gin
2 oz. BABE Rosé
2 oz. San Pellegrino Limonata
Garnish: Small basil sprig, edible rose petals, lemon slice
1. In a shaker, add jam, basil leaves, lemon juice, simple syrup and InGenious Gin. Give the basil leaves a good muddle.
2. Add one cube of ice, close your shaker and give it a good few shakes. Pour the contents of the shaker into a glass of ice and top it off with equal parts BABE Rosé and San Pellegrino Limonata. Use a spoon to gently mix all contents. Garnish with a small basil sprig and edible rose petals. Enjoy!
