It's alllll the flavors of this festive season in one sweet, spice-filled, and simple to make cake. The secret ingredient? Our Sweet Potato Biscuit Mix!

For the cake:⁠
1 1/2 cup Sweet Potato Biscuit Mix⁠
1/2 cup all-purpose flour⁠
1/2 cup all-natural sugar⁠
1 tsp. baking powder⁠
1 tsp. baking soda⁠
1/2 tsp. sea salt⁠
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice⁠
1 cup almond milk⁠
1 1/2 cup pumpkin puree⁠
1 tsp. vanilla extract⁠

For the glaze:⁠
1 cup powdered sugar⁠
Pinch of salt⁠
1/3 cup almond milk⁠
2 heavy tbsp. Cranberry Raspberry Sage Jam⁠
Sliced walnuts, dried cranberries + orange sprinkles, for garnish⁠

1. Pre-heat oven to 350 F and brush a bundt pan with oil.⁠

2. Whisk together biscuit mix, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.⁠

3. In another bowl, mix together milk, pumpkin puree, and vanilla extract.⁠

4. Combine wet and dry mixtures and stir well.⁠

5. Transfer to bundt pan and bake in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.⁠

6. While cake is baking, make the glaze: Combine powdered sugar and a pinch of salt. Add milk and whisk until combined. Add jam and whisk again until smooth.⁠

7. Drizzle glaze over cake. Garnish with toppings. Slice, serve, and enjoy!⁠
