1 1/2 tbsp. active dry yeast (optional)
1/2 tsp. onion powder (optional)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
For the cranberry sauce:
12 oz. fresh cranberries
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup Cranberry Raspberry Sage Jam or 2 heavy tbsp. Raspberry Hot Sauce
For the breadsticks:
1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

For the cranberry sauce:
1) Place cranberries in a strainer and rinse. Then pick through them for any bad cranberries. Remove any sticks or stems.
2) Combine ingredients in a large saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. As the cranberry sauce comes to a boil, the berries will begin to burst, about 5-7 minutes.
3) Reduce the heat to simmer. Add in the jam. If you prefer a little kick, add hot sauce instead. Stir occasionally as the cranberry sauce thickens, about 3 minutes.
4) Refrigerate and serve cold or at room temperature.
