She's saucy, tart, and strong! This blushing cocktail gets a dose of spice from our Raspberry Hot Sauce, a wisp of sultry smoke from mezcal, tang from citrus, and just enough sweetness from a touch of honey. This sounds like a formidable woman in a glass!

Serves 1


2 lime wedges
1 tbsp. coarse kosher salt
1 tbsp. coarsely ground black pepper
1/4 oz. Raspberry Hot Sauce
1/4 oz. honey
1 oz. fresh lime juice
2 oz. mezcal or tequila
Club soda

1. Rub one half of the rim of a rocks glass with a lime wedge. Invert the glass on a saucer covered with a mix of the salt and pepper to rim one side of the glass. Turn the glass upright, drop the spent lime wedge in. Fill the glass with ice.

2. Combine the Raspberry Hot Sauce, honey, lime juice and mezcal in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds to combine. Strain over the ice in the prepared glass. Top with club soda and stir. Garnish with a lime wedge and skewered raspberries.
