Let's be honest - it doesn't get more Christmassy than enjoying smoked peaches and toasted marshmallows in cocktail form around an open fire. Are we right or are we right?
For the drink:
1 oz. marshmallow syrup (see below)
1 tbsp. Smoked Yellow Peach Jam
1 1/2 oz. Baileys Irish Cream
1 1/2 oz. Scotch whisky
Garnish: Toasted marshmallow
For the syrup:
1. Add equal parts sugar and water to a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Meanwhile, toast marshmallows over a gas stove or with a torch. Add marshmallows to simple syrup and stir until melted. Strain into a jar and store in the refrigerator.
